SAVE 75% off your next Insulation Project

National Grid and Nstar have come out with a new program that enables homeowners to receive a rebate when insulating their homes.  This rebate is 75% up to $2,000 off the price of the insulation measures.  The only prerequisite is that you must have National Grid or Nstar as either your gas or your electric provider.  Measures that can be done are wall, attic and basement insulation, as well as any airsealing.  The first step in this process is to call a certified local insulation installer.  JM of New Bedford is an independent insulation installer for Nstar and National grid.  We hold all the certifications, licenses and insurances to be a part of this prestige program.  By calling us first we will check your home for needed insulation measures, inform you more of the program, and tell you of any roadblocks that may inhibit you from the program.  We will then submit your home into the program.  You then will receive a free energy audit from your utility provider.  The auditor will either approve or reject the measures we suggested based on the roadblocks in your home (knob and tube wiring, asbestos, etc.) Once approved, the work can be done.  The customer then only has to pay the contractor the difference in cost after the rebate has been taken.  For example: you would like to upgrade your attic insulation that costs $1000, Nstar or National Grid will pay $750 directly to JM of New Bedford, and you the customer would pay us $250 directly to JM of New Bedford after the work as been completed.  Call us today at 508-992-5770 to see if you can take part in this exciting new program.
